Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for the following orders:

For orders shipped to Illinois – 8.00% Sales Tax on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.

For orders shipped to Kansas – Appropriate Local or County Sales Tax Rate on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.

Item numbers starting with a letter – Item numbers that begin with the letter "A" are shipped from a different warehouse and will typically be billed sales tax if the order is shipping to the following state(s): FL.

Shipping & Handling

Please refer to the following chart for shipping/handling charges. Delivery times apply to in-stock merchandise only.

Standard Delivery – Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Express Delivery – Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

*Expedited Delivery – Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order. Expedited service is not available on products whose item # begins with the letter "A" (shipped from a different warehouse).

Service Outside the Contiguous U.S. – We do not ship merchandise outside the Contiguous U.S. with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories.

We are proud to now offer delivery to all APO or FPO addresses.

To calculate delivery for non-contiguous shipments, use Standard Delivery charges, plus $6.50 per item (excluding doll stands). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Territories may require additional delivery time.

No Express Delivery or Expedited Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Guaranteed delivery for phone and web orders only on in-stock merchandise with credit card authorization. Guaranteed delivery does not apply to P.O. Boxes, shipments to multiple addresses, or deliveries outside of the contiguous U.S.
